Here is an unbiased view on whether the discovery is commercial.

The fact that they are advancing towards commercial development and have outlined a plan for it indicates that they believe the discovery has commercial potential. However, they are waiting for final approvals from the Tanzanian government before they can move forward.

If the Tanzanian government approves the Mining Licence, it would be a strong step towards the discovery being commercial, but it doesn't guarantee it yet. Approval means the company can begin extraction, but for the discovery to be fully commercial, Helium One would need to confirm that they can produce and sell helium at a profitable scale based on further testing and market conditions.

My opinion

So the TG approval of the ML, which is a given in my opinion, will set this SP rising hard. It could happen very quickly, albeit they have advised it could take up to 3 months.

In the interim, the unwarranted drop in SP will recover and grow back to the 1.5p value. On TG approval we will likely see 3p to 4p and then further developments, we will reach 10p plus.

If HE1 made the feasibility study public, then things could move up sooner.

It’s all a matter of patience and it will be an amazing future for HE1, Tanzania and its investors.

This excludes any developments in the US as that is our side dish! 🍲
