I have an order for 40K shares at 5.25p since 10:34am, and I haven't been executed yet. I was expecting to be executed at 11am but it wasn't the case. there is only buyer in my opinion. I used to have 1.2M shares and I sold a bit too early and I'm down to 550K.
MM are maybe in trouble... too many shares short

Hello,
I wonder if anyone can help me understand what might be going on with my share orders as something odd is happening.
I have been buying HZM shares for the last 3 months. A few times I have found that other people who want to purchase the same shares as me but for a lower asking price are getting their orders executed before mine. I have called my broker 2 times about it and I have never had a sufficient explaination from them.
I would like to know if anyone is experiencing the same kind of issue and if so what might be going on here? For more details, please see a copy of my order:
