Great summary Risky
What is wrong with everyone - another brick added to the building and the price goes down!
I thought I would share an interaction I had with SOH earlier today which was focused on trying to get his feedback on the share price his response " I am sure many CEO’s across the market are receiving similar questions as the uncertainty in global and national markets is creating a bit of a sell down. With OptiBiotix we are down at 3 months but up at 6 and 12 months. The sells are not large volumes but consistent small trades creating a problem as traders sell down margin positions with profitable stocks as the market drops. This hopefully won’t persist for too long.
I cannot give you any inside information but would ask you rationalise the drop and consider whether its linked to a company issue or general market conditions. From the board point of view, as shown by our new NED investing £100k a month or so ago, we believe the company is in a better position than when we were at 130p. For example we have more deals, a confirmed biotherapeutic deal with 7 figure revenues, and a growing revenue stream. I gave an interview a month ago indicating the hockey stick effect we anticipated is coming through nicely in the second half of the year ending November 30th. It looks like the increase is 5-6X increase in H2 from H1 and accelerating. I also indicated we have covered our costs the last 2 months. Most importantly a lot of our revenues are now recurrent revenues which we can build on in 2019 as more deals start feeding in revenues from existing deals, and of coursed we add more deals in 2019.I
If you look at all our statements this was what we believed would happen, growth building in H2 2018 and then growing rapidly throughout 2019, 20 etc.
Whist I can’t predict the future, and in particular the share price, I am confident that we have the right strategy, are in the the right market, and this is now starting to deliver for shareholders. Board members have also invested approach £500k in the last 6 month, so they are of the same opinion.
We released news today and hope to add more in the new future. We recognise that it is often lost in the general background noise of the current market but it shows a gradual extension of our products into new markets.
I hope this provides some reassurance"
A significant milestone to monitor the effects of the cream on some short term and medium term subjects, which demonstrates that the product has no ill effects on skin irritation even when applied 20x the dose
This validates the product and allows the company to move on to longer term effects which will then allow the product to move to the commercial stage
Steps forward towards a viable product that is then marketable - companies should then start getting interested in the product.
Thanks Wey - there are a few calculation portals on the web and the general consensus is that it will cost around £230k (ish) but it is all based on the shareholding and structure of the business and who knows, CP may really produce something unusual when he re-submits so you can never be sure. Has anyone considered that CP may use the opportunity to consolidate the shares.
Does anyone know how much it will cost for the company to relist on AIM
Does anyone know how much it costs to recommence trading back on AIM following a suspension
Like all other traders we can do nothing until it comes out of suspension but there is no point in saying that CP should have informed traders - imagine the exodus if he had done that and the impact on share price going into suspension, it would have been dramatically lower. This is a great share and is lead by a chap who seems to know his stuff, so let him do what they he needs to now do and return hopefully to put Lion into a higher place. Most of us have been hit by one bad share, mine is NEW - I did not see this coming but it taught me to do my homework and to invest in trades that I understand - do the same and you will realise that this is just a bit of short term pain, for a greater gain.
Lionsgold is one of those shares that could be truly massive or just maintain a steady progress If a positive RNS is just around the corner as some of you are suggesting then I would not want to be out of this investment when these messages are announced. Good luck everyone Watch this space for one of the most progressive RNS on AIM - and watch these prices double, then treble, then who knows where it will go.
At 6.5 you actually only need a small movement and you have seen considerable profit from a very very low start position. This should have been in the similar region to OPTI by now, but the damn litigation really scuppered those plans. Yet with not too long to go before break even and potentially the start of a new journey free from litigation and more importantly the threat of future litigation, there is potential massive upside in this share. This can easily become a 10 x bagger with improved sentiment and break even profit - watch this blow overnight and then everyone will be diving in again. The clever money is actually now, when the opportunity for big gains is just around the corner. However, this does require a leap of faith - but i am sure you will all reap your large rewards for keeping faith with this share during very difficult times - on the back of strong future growth outside the UK
The building blocks continue to be established for this business with exceptional potential With anticipated RNS releases of at least one per month, this has the potential to blow over the next few months. One of the stars on AIM that should deliver for both long and short term holders. This should also then begin to have a positive impact on SBTX, another potential star of the future, although still in the early set up stages. Fill yer boots whilst you still can at these low prices.
Dos anyone know much about the size of the sales of Nutri-bites - volumes, income etc.I am sat here not knowing if this is potentially a sizeable deal or not Sounds like another building block !!!
That has got to be a positive step forward in the commercialisation of this product. Whilst there are no timescales or mentioned ( other than some form of promise to maximise revenues) and some royalties, we have got to hope that this will start the surge forward in terms of encouraging interest in the business. I for one think this is a great announcement and is another step forward in building a business model that controls risk, provides strength in its widening portfolio and ultimately provides shareholders value going froward - exciting times lay ahead.
This is still a relatively young company and its putting the building blocks together so that we have strength across all its divisions ( many in the future) and one in which we need to remain focused on the end game - this is great news but until such time as some numbers are announced and we start to see the benefits of this from an income generating perspective I fear that the share price will bob along at the mid 60's - the market is waiting for announcement of income being generated - keep the faith
So this shares is now suspended from AIM as of today. Can someone please explain if this therefore means that my shares are written off. I understand that this does not mean that the company has gone into liquidation but is it the same effect from a share holding perspective Sorry for being so naive, this is the first share that i have experienced where my holding has been cancelled from AIM Thanks
