Lloyds issues shares like confetti!! No bonus this year for staff, but they are being given free shares in return so more dilution will incur

I don't see this touching a £1 unless they buy back atleast 30-40% of the shares in issue

A £1 share price would give a market cap off £70,859m the number of shares in issue is 70,859m

Buy back all the shares off market and maybe NWG will be worth £4-£5 in the next 5 years

Yes they drag the ftse down and when we close they go positive

we would be over £2 but the price always drops in auction at the end of the day, have noticed they dropped it today from £1.96 to £1.9510 same thing has been happening for weeks.

Usually drops by the dividend amount and a little bit extra, looking at a 4p drop I would say, also from a higher position than the Friday close as some will want in for the dividend

Barclays is higher now than before covid hit!! The Dow looks very overbought and I'm sure it will come down some. The ftse follows the US 99% of the time so I think a pullback maybe on the cards for UK stocks

My opinion is they are waiting for a £3+ share price so they don't lose there ass and be judged by the tax payer

why would they not just sell now then? they will have a price in mind and it will be well north of the current price.

Government looking to sell in around 5 years, if you are playing long term then load up as they will not sell under £3-£3.50 even that is a loss

Check Ricky did you notice these 2 late trades reported at exactly the same time on lloyds and NWG big trades aswell

The DOW will go negative and drag us down and then we close it goes positive, happens all the time.
