I don't understand how a company can Legally just take a product like smr and put it into a different company without rewarding the RR PLC for funding the design and costs? I have no legal experience or expertise so I cannot be 100% sure if they can or not

RR Smr is a product of RR plc so if they spin it off we as RR Plc shareholders should get free shares in that company

The FX transaction we are seeing is only a charge so not actually a loss am I correct in thinking that? Of by the end of the 5 year term we are at an exchange rate of $1.50 we can add the charge back to RR results?

FX hedge will hopefully have little impact on results in February if the £ stays where it is I think? Still lost to how it works from the last results
