First time jumping into this share - I really struggle to see how this drops lower than the current levels? I understand the dodgy dealings of the founder etc... But surely this current valuation is no were near where it should be?

Current rates revenue will surpass company valuation?

I'm just trying to bring reality into it.... That's probably their net monthly salaries.
Like the average person investing £2000.

I agree, Oversold. Assets alone doesn't warrant the current SP. I'm in for a nice position.

I don't day trade anymore. I look purely for undervalued stocks (Oversold) using a few criteria's.
Analysis everything that's public - see why the price is reflective of that then come up with my own valuation & trade according to my own guidelines.

I'm actually considering over extending my position (which I rarely do) on this company.
What's affecting the price - Human psychology or actual facts?......

This share was butchered down in the 5-6's at one point - I just knew to stick with them the future just looked too bright not to.
Now it's currently propping my account up nicely.
I remember talking about LTH at 35.00 suffering. GLA -

£1.3Bn in Cash 31/03/30 - Year end. That alone warrants a SP of around 250-260 never mind their actual net asset position.
Companies will continue to hold cash with increased loan facilities during the pandemic.

Please someone explain to me exactly why this SP will drop below current price - Far as i can see, if the company had to sell off today. Our shares would be worth more than they are.....

But it's just created an opportunity to average out. GLA - DYOR.

I'm expecting a correction - All depending on what's released.
Too big of a loss without the financials to back it up. Until then i feel it's undervalued & have averaged down to a comfortable position.

I've been quietly watching this one, i believe it'll hit 330/350 on Q1 Results.
**Personal Experience, I've seen the year end figures for a few companies (Non listed) - A lot of companies have made good use of the government schemes.

You could see some strong (Market Comparison & Expectations) cost savings from the last announcement in Nov.

Essentially this stock is your buy & hold - Min 3/6 months for 20-25% - 100%+ could be 2 years away.... But it will get there.
The beauty of Gov Contracts - Long term contracts, especially in the defence sector..

I personally can't see the sell off - Sure there was minimal dilution with the additional shares - but to lose 10% of value in 1 week.....

Fundamentals to me are still strong, sure borrowing is up & no doubt their liabilities will be looking chunky - But to be trading at this price, i can't see it personally... COVID will have had an impact, but don't forget the sectors they advise in are some of the ones most needed during lockdown.

Freefloat is low - So if you can pick-up extra's & possibly average out. I'd do so now, only came across this one because of the drop. It's unjust - GL, do your own due diligence.

It's in my watchlist now - We shall see how the results look.

Simple effect - but i'd almost be looking for it to surpass the 16.35 Support & set TP on the 18...... Moving Average.
3-4 different tests on SP there - Of which you'll need to re-evaluate once there.

Ohh 100% - Averaging down a SP is very Very Risky(On Small Cap) ... But it can pay off in situations like this.
Nice play - I know guys still in for 35.00+ & will be in this stock for 3/4 more years to get the price back.

But i believe companies like this will flourish - Like at Canopy signing a deal with Artist Drake. The news articles alone from that would cost Millions in Marketing (To generate the same Buzz).

I don't know another company trading within this current MCAP - with the same 'Predicted Output'. This stock honestly is a growing GEM. Said this few months back when it was at it's lowest point - Zoetic was the thing that'd change the company.

But GoodLuck all! Remember to know your limits - Don't get greedy & happy trading.
Time to go back to my 1-2 trades a month.

I'd love to buy into this stock - But i just can't warrant the SP.. How're they still valuing the company at the current cap when it's selling off every asset bar their CBD Zoetic Project.

Revenue will be coming in very soon - But it just doesn't support the SP.

Agreed - Some advertising to push investors and then release of contracts & yield details would be very very nice.

I actually really really like this move - Separating the company to focus purely on one thing be it at the expense of LTH.
But the SP is a random value - Assets don't amount to warrant the SP. Should have started like a new company.

But agreed - I'm obviously drawn to this stock for a reason.

I believe like ICON - It should have some exciting contracts in the future - Especially focusing in the betting sector.
Can be targeted select campaigns multiple times a year - With added bonus on top of contracts for user interactions etc....

I am indeed mate - Transition from Forex into AIM stocks this year. Been a pretty solid run so far!

I know it's AIM - & AIM price can be Pump'd&Dump'd a lot easier than say NASDAQ - With such low MCAP's make it possible. It's a shame - Why can't other traders just be nice to each other instead of stabbing each other in the back to make a few ££.. Disgusting.
I look at stocks that some promote (Twitter ESPECIALLY) & just think. You're chatting utter BullSh mate. Clear Pump & Dump but others are too naive to see it. Shame

Cashflow Analysis in principle works like TA - Using history to predict the future. All it was essentially saying that if cash remains the same as it has been (As in year-year change etc... Then the company should be forced to grow) unless BOD are completely useless then it's out of your hands.

I trade via 2 methods - Fundamentals. A companies balance sheet should build a nice story of the company itself & Psychology - How the market reacts to certain things.

Sorry i give no explanation & could be blindly leading someone into an investment without context.

It's a basic accounting calculation used to predict 5-10 years ahead. (A LOT OF VARIABLE SITUATIONS!!!)
For instance information used;

Perpetual Growth Rate - (Based on 10-Year GB Government Bond Rate)
Equity Risk Premium - (S&P Global)
Levered FCF -(Leveraged Free cash flow- Cash left after expenses)

Total Equity Value - (Present value of next years cash flows + Terminal Value)
Equity Value per Share - (Total value / Shares Outstanding)

According to that calculation & MPM's Cash flow. End of 2020 puts a valuation on the company of £0.02782 Per share.
All information used to calculate it is from MPM's B/S & Government rates issued.

Increase of 33.61% Based on Cash Flow Analysis & B/S data.
A lot will not understand this calculation & think it's wild. But it is used in pretty much every company going to help forecast a company 5-10 years in advance..
