Can't discount that possibility. Whichever way it goes the wife won't be happy. If her pension pot goes through the roof she might file for divorce to get the money and if it's worthless she might file for divorce. Poor Koot "avoiding taxes" with wifey never a wise thing to do.

Don't have anyone on filter as you never know who can point to information first.

Would add that if BPC is not successful with P1 then I do feel sorry for the BoD as they have literally wasted years on this project. Not, talking about CERPs especially Koot who just walked away with a free lunch if P1 is successful.
