Cheshshire,
Don't know who the ENV NGO is but NGOs generally are interfering non mandated sh**s that need draining.
Unless anyone says otherwise, Leo Koots still works on his 500million energy investment fund of Mena Gulf Investments - the investment vehicle and Avanti Energy LLC is the management and advisory company.
He stated if he couldn't step in and give his expertise in a company he wouldn't invest in it. On that criteria, he is invested in BPC (or his wife's pension is). He is a consultant - meaning stepping in giving his expertise (just as he did as a non exec on BPC BoD).
Draw your own conclusions...
Leo is one those individuals that the more you dig the more interesting he becomes..

Back in 2016 he was amassing a 500m energy investment fund.
Everyone is going nuts, but at least we're still drilling ...... can you spot Irene here:

@LayLadyLay,
Nice, somewhere near the Algarve? A lot closer than the Bahamas. Perhaps, Koots is drilling in his backyard?
Scare,
Somehow were stuck with Irene and her short. She'll have a job shorting Tulip Oil BV. lol No doubt she will try, perhaps even start a picket outside the Tulip Oil gates.
Well, he goes from non exec to Executive Chairman in Tulip Oil BV which is privately held. Plus, he's working closer to home.
The well will be drilled in the northern segment of the ‘B Structure’ to target some 770mln barrels of recoverable prospective resources, with the ‘upside case’ estimates potentially pitched twice as high.
The B Structure is seen across some 70-80 kilometres and could host up to multi-billion barrels of crude resources.
Elsewhere, newly acquired acreage in Uruguay is described as being directly analogous to the prolific Cretaceous turbidite discoveries that are currently being evaluated and developed further north, offshore Guyana and Suriname. BPC secured the project via a low-cost option.

Jdam,
Plus, let's not forget Koot placed his entire BPC holdings in his wife's pension pot which wouldn't make sense if he thought them worthless going forwards.
Jolly Roger,
There's 3 ways of looking at this:
(1) Koot oversold CERP assets and has now been found out
(2) Koot quits appreciating that P1 isn't going the way it ought to
(3) It really is personal reasons.
We can only speculate....
@Findme,
Not really bothered about CERP. Perhaps, BPC can find another company to takeover CERP once P1 hits the mark. CERP was only really a hedge than can be undone at some point.
@Findme,
He had little to do with P1. It would impact the perception of the CERP holdings. The market isn't too concerned hence, we opened up.
Anyone who does research on Leo would appreciate his quality. Pity to see him go.
Here Irene...
Don't miss the bus....

Irene,
Why are you assuming that everyone in BPC is losing at the moment? Some on here are already in the money. Some on here took advantage of a near 20%rise over the last two days and cashed in today. Some are in the money and holding because invest rather than trade. Some are out of the money and holding. Some are on the money.
Irene during this time you've been negative the sp has risen over 30%. You wouldn't earn that keeping it in a savings account?
Don't fight the tape Irene..... go with it...
Only reason I started visiting this forum was because I missed the market chat. Simple things like heading to the nearest pub after the close and just gossiping or recounting trading, etc. Or during the day just chatting shop. Sort of thing traders, investors, etc use to do right up to the 80s & 90s. All that went digital and everyone got widely dispersed from anywhere, etc. Hence, why I visit here. It's not to ramp or deramp or any BS like that. Appreciate that things have moved on and everyone is a snowflake or you have to tread on egg shells.
Well, that's my penny's worth on Pumpedordumped lists.....
Going to the moon.....
keith1,
Don't worry. It's clear that list is BS. I see it as a good laugh.
Graham,
Take a peek at the 5 days chart. We're not doing too badly. Today, the indexes mostly went negative so we are just mirroring general market sentiment.
Plus we had derampers TRP-BPC, Irene, etc.... who somehow didn't just manage to talk BPC down but the Ftse100 as well lol
