No need - this is typical AIM: when maximum bad news is released, a share price reaches its nadir, and investors’ disgruntlement peaks, many shareholders bail out - perversely, which at a time of maximum opportunity for buying - particularly when a company generates revenue and has a large shareholding by the BoD; I’m still fully loaded - I’ve given myself until the end of the year, to reassess how the BoD will have fulfilled its strategy by then - this is now sillily undervalued.

A feeling strongly emanates that Alan Broome’s position may slide into untenable territory - to use a mining term: no amount of infill drilling will cover his hole. Unfortunately, the negative corollary from this saga is that the BoD has shed itself of its trustworthtiness.

Perhaps our BoD and the current Tory govt share the same PR machine that generates slogans based on lies.

DV, As I had previously mentioned, Covid-19 has paradoxically saved the BoD from irate investors at this year’s AGM.

Unlikely - a) which mining company was it?; b) it would have been through either a broker via an MM or a fund-raising - and SML has not raised even close to that sum; and c, it would not be the fault of the mining company for accepting investment from what would have probably been prima facie above-board funds.

The question is,do we believe JP when he confidently talks about a JV for LC - or is it another string-along yarn?

A smidgen of perspective on today’s volume vis-a-vis the number of issued shares - 32 million out of 2.75 billion, respectively, roughly equivalent to a little over 1 per cent traded today.
