I’ll reiterate - again: mining JV partners - and mining companies, generally - would not jointly invest in, or fully buy out, another miner, based on daily fluctuations in a metal price: they consider various factors, such as a commodity’s applications and demands thereof and subsequent price predictions over the mid- to long-term.
