It’s merely a logical observation that the share is valued on its base-case operations - without LC or Redmoor valued at even a modicum of their worth in this crazy metals market; yes, it might go to the 0.3s if LC’s PEPR were delayed - but the upside remains far larger than any small downside. Moreover, maintaining one’s macabre position because of the unfortunate past events by the BoD need not necessitate it be stubbornly prolonged: the geopolitical headwinds in this current metals storm create the most-advantageous commercial position that SML could have ever imagined - and in the eye of the storm, its future looks calmer.

No form of financing should be ruled out- even dilution: as mentioned before, EUZ banged on about non-dilutive financing, then after a share-consolidation - bang, dilution! Hence, the market-jitters leading to what many would interpret as an offensive undervaluation.
