Whether he’s nice and/or responsive, he has a) abysmally failed to instil confidence in the market that he can add any commercial value and b) obliterated the whatever value the market perceived it had, or think it can have. All investors need to know his plan, in particular Toral’s value-additive milestones over the next twelve months: nothing in the RNSes reveals that it will be contributing any upwards movement.

Wouldn’t want to be out of EUZ - this side of Christmas.

They probably endorse the strategy because they can indulge themselves in a ludicrously discounted placing in a desperate cash-strapped company whose BoD’s modus operandi has been to continually dilute while delivering no material increase in its market-value.

Lupi, That point is obvious; yet without a bean to progress Redmoor - despite the dilutions - money has to fly in from somewhere: via economy class from Australia, premium economy from another dilution, or first class from the local government.

Owing to LR’s monumentally embarrassing failure to add any market-value to EUZ - despite the torrent of good news over the last twelve months - he desperately wants to be part of the in-crowd who benefit from rising share-prices because they inhabit the world of in-demand metals; is he therefore fretfully partaking because of FOMO, or out of a calmly well-thought-out plan (discussed with the new investors) that will genuinely add value?

Because people have been talking about governmental finance - perhaps via grants - for extracting from the fine Cornish land those minerals for the great electrification era in which we live; and, as yet, I have seen little evidence of major financial help; therefore, I have concluded that- predicated on the little publicly available information available on what many would deem a niche topic - if public funding were disbursed, it would be from that £200 million allocation for Cornwall.

Is it my misinterpreting LR's morose, uninspiring interview, or did he exhibit a lackadaisical manner to realising commercial value from Toral? To me, he demonstrated more intent to delve into a new project than to finish the current one.
