Totally agree on all points Alert, good post.
Exactly Jenkoo. And thanks for the reply on the numbers, grest post. Agree with you and Acker on a potential Zulu sale as a "get out of jail free" card.
I imagine Mark must feel like he got played like a fiddle. Mkes sense he wants to make contact asap. How do you sit there and say that, out of nowhere, just 2 weeks ago, and still be so off from reality?
Just watch between 47:50 and 49:00

At least Stark will be paying for it
"Premier understands that the costs associated with this remedial action will be met by the plant supplier, and we will work with them to ensure that the plant achieves nameplate throughput expeditiously."
Thank you for this Jenkoo.
My questions are:
Do we need to pay the 35 million to Canmax back within 90 days?
If no, what is the agreement now with Canmax?
If yes, how are 3-4 million a month from spodumene going to cover that? In 3 months we wouldn't cover half of the debt.
Sorry if I misunderstood something.
So considering we need to pay back Canmax within 90 days (please correct me if i read wrong), considering in these 90 days we will be selling at best 3-4k tonnes, considering we have no agreed price info:
How much will we gain by 1k tonnes a month? And how much of that will go to Canmax?
Can we repay realistically the 35 million in 3 months off of spodumene alone?
If not, how much dilution will be required to keep the lights on?
Jeez, i was expecting delays but not for 6 more months. December for full production. I knew there would be gremlins but wtf, not this many and so complex. Glad Stark will be supporting on their missing components and upgrades, but not ideal, this pushes back a lot of predictions. More dilution on the way is necessary. No need to rush into buying anymore, this will swing wildly for some time now until confidence is restored. At least the market now has quantities and timelines which were needed.
Some questions are still unanswered though.
Not all bad, there is still a big future here, just was not expecting such delays to ramp up to full production. Sounds like 2024 is where the big financial and company independent growth will occur.
Same Johnny, surely they are busy, they better be.
But if Noel and Redtrade got replies, let's see what fluff they have for me. At least I asked more relevant questions.
Interesting miln, thanks for the info. Does Halifax have an app? Are trades made only via phone? Does it have a CFD function (big plus on T212 albeit spreads are sometimes nasty)?
Can't believe i got a qick reply. As suspected, it's the same as the last two times i reached out:
"I will need to revert your queries to George, he is presently at site and I hope to get back to you asap."
Hopefully she actually reverts back this time.
Yes Jag, happened to me as well yesterday and last week. Plus it takes hours at times for trades to go through, charts are inaccurate, financials and ratios are often not up to date etc. It's a great platform for beginners but I am passed that now and will be moving most of of my funds to a stocks ISA with HL soon. Yes it is expensive but at least professional.
Johnny, Asher, Jenkoo, as a matter of fact I wrote again to Wilna, asking her less direct questions, focusing mainly on "will we be given an update by 30th May? Will we meet deadline or will we be fined for delays?". Added other questions but I know they cannot answer them. Will let you know if she replies.
Glad i topped up yesterday at 0.68!
Don't know who Noel is, heard his name here and there. And yes Johnny, the focus is defo elsewhere.
At what percentage of production has the machinery worked so far?
Does the plant have any major snagging?
When are Canmax receiving the first shipment?
How much are they receiving?
At what quality?
At what price?
In June, was is forecasted to be shipped out?
And lastly, when do you foresee to produce at 100% capacity?
Canmax is not going to pull the rug on us on May 31st. It's not like PREM becomes CAM on the 1st June (Canmax African Minerals).
Come on GR, clock is ticking! LTHs are with you 100%! Repay the trust with a solid RNS and update by end of week. This may contain difficulties and delays but a positive definitive forward looking statement with a short resolution timeline and plan would go a long way.
Out of all the question and answers we need from GR, I cannot believe all forums are focusing on this one. I can't believe people actually thought Zulu would be lost. I wish more relevant GR replies would be circulating about the current state of things instead of making a massive deal overnight on all forums about a problem that has never existed.
I wish this Noel chap asked the right questions.....
Jenkoo, Wilna has abandoned me weeks ago, they of course cannot say anything about ceremony, agreed prices, dates etc. They cannot speak about certain topics outside of RNS.
On the plus side, I managed to grab another pinch at p0.68, new average p0.32.
Thanks mate, appreciate the speedy info
Seemed odd, I had never heard of this Casa story but was not sure. So the article is fake news?
Johnny, Acker, anyone! What does this mean??
https://www.m.livecharts.co.uk/share_prices/Premier-African-Minerals-sinks-on-acceptance--news27407365.html?utm_content=cmp-true
Johnny, agreed, hoping for a curve ball positive surprise. I plan to take 20% of my investment off the table when we hit 1.5p, hopefully sometime by end of Q3 but could be slightly later. That should give me almost my full investment back.
Johnny, usually Wilna replies within 48 hours but obviously they cannot say much now, just buy time.
I am hoping we get a better RNS than that of course, but by judging from the leaky sp action these days, i fear you may be right. Fingers crossed.
