Looks like Landsdown Partners are not happy with the Board and have appointed their own man !

If JF did any of the things you mentioned it would push the share price up!

The funds are to be used for ongoing working capital, as it seeks takeover opportunities !

Yes I understand what you are saying, and you are morally right, but they get free shares and risk nothing , they can’t lose, as to morals ,they don’t have any!

Directors get so many free shares ,why would they buy any?
