Yes I’m afraid HSBC are always late with the Div , it takes about ten days, think they hold on to it for as long as they can .

Yes our shares are now worthless.

There’s advantages for the company Directors past and present in that their actions will not be investigated , who would bother and why. There are few consequences for them , most of them resigned before the company was dissolved so are in the clear , and any others , the worst that can happen to them is they will not be allowed to operate a company with the same name or start the same business for about five years ( I cannot remember what the law is exactly)

Anyway our money is gone, and someone else is enjoying it !!!

Paul Forrest sent a conformation statement to company House there is a small fee for this £13. We were also given paper share certificates. Why bother Unless you have a plan for the company.. but what’s the plan .?

Its been mentioned to me that JD has no intention of developing the company’s assets but is waiting for an offer from the big boy , what does any Think.

Yes it’s clear that apart from some vague promises, that never seem to materials we are getting no where. Time to ask all share holders for the money to get on with the drill , or we will never see a return on our investment!

It’s clear that Paul Forrest has sold us down the river just like the rest of the board and we will never see any of our money again.

Yes HSBC probably the worst hasn’t paid the first dividend yet .

We have one payment anytime after the 15/7/22 and a second payment after 29/7/22 I am with HBSC and they are always ten days behind so not expecting first payment in the bank until 25/7/22

AGM on the 30th June news before then surly.

We appear to be a shell company with no connection to AANG . Am I missing something .

Best thing that could happen to us is if a big company came in and bought us out,this is way beyond Jeramy !,,
