You saying you no , people when you clearly don’t dose not help ,I am invested here and averaged down yesterday in the hope there might be a bounce over the coming weeks , so I might recover some of my losses !
The facts are the Align offer has not been backed up by the company’s involved , and the board is looking into these company’s to see if they can back up there offer !
I am of the opinion now that both Zen , and Align are simply after the money owed to AAOG and when or if they get it they also will Disappear !

The new deal on offer seams better than the Zen one , but there is quite allot that has not been made clear to us as yet !
But it sounds like there is life in the old dog yet, who knows this share might be brought back from the brink , stranger things have happened !

The zenith deal will be the end for AAOG !
Align want to go after Sefton and Berwick for money’s owed !
Reinstate ex CEO , and investigate what has been going on !
There has been a great deal of money invested in this company , where has it gone !
If the board get there way this will be covered up !
Align Can get to the bottom of this !

The board want us to vote yes ,as it is in there best interest !
They are not interested in the share holders !
They no if we except it we will have nothing !

If the Zen deal goes through , it’s game over for us , the board will pick over the scraps and we become a shell company !

I read all posts here in case Someone has some information that might be off use to me !
But at the end of the day I make my own financial decisions irrespective of what anybody else says!
I was not having a go at (A) !
But I feel sure, that an investment genius such as her could easily come up with a solution to our currant problem !

I don’t no who or what a Lenigas is !
But I think I have made my feeling about JB and DS quite clear on previous posts ( snakes in the grass ! Not Lenigas )
There is a possibility that they did not deliberately intend to rip share holders off , but I think the facts speak for themselves , setting up ATOG with our money ect !
As to funding we will see !

Docit I think it’s important to note that according to the RNS 12 th December the company said they have requested a meeting with SNPC , as yet they have not confirmed they will attend a meeting !
I also misread the RNS and thought the meeting was definitely on !
All we can do no is wait and see if there is a meeting , and if there is hope for a good outcome !

Tiburn I’m sorry to say I think you are flogging a dead horse !
The fact of the matter is we have been scammed !
By two very experienced con artists !
Thing could not look any worse for this company !
1 . If we do get a meeting in January , what will happen , will they pay us , will we get a drill?
2 . Is there any CEO who would touch this company , who has the ability to turn things around ?
3 . This company needs feather investment , who would risk investing here ?
The list go on and on as to the problems !
It would take a miracle to save this company ,and although it’s nearly Christmas , miracles are in short supply !

So what can we do now !
I wonder if a new CEO could salvage something from this Car Crash!
Is there anybody out there with some integrity , who could turn this around ,it’s clear that Sefton and Berwick have no business acremente and will now probably just stick to mugging people and ripping them off !
