The problem with these rse wipe directors, they are happy to style it out for intense AGM questions, for 30 mins, knowing they are going to be rewarded for failure regardless and fob the audience with what they want to hear and more crucially, they not going to get a red nose.

To avoid voting against removing directors - simple solution, communicate with shareholders.

Sadly RM and co have the absolute contempt for shareholders, just like the government.

Very easy knowing you can say to shareholders - “ if you don’t participate in fundraising, company goes bust “.
