The discount factor one uses in EUA cash flows makes a huge difference in the calculation of the NPV!!!!!!!.

I am in the same boat as you. I was hoping for the EUA news first but it does not seem likely. On EUA, I have done my own research and have a price tag of around $2.44. Time will tell if I am right but IMHO the asset and resources are just too vast. I have reviewed the discounted cash flow model and the various components including the discount rate used (10 to 20% for country risk which I think is way too high bearing in mind they want to attract foreign investment and considering Australia and Canada have only 2% country risk attaching to them).

Please go through Saint's and other posts today - a number of results expected to be announced by the company. Saint has summarised in his post of 14.52 in what is to come. There are also other macro-economic factors at play - with all the gold miners which you will note have gone up too.

I am also in EUA and Omi and you can check out my posts there (been in OMI for a long time) and like in EUA, am staying till we get bought out by a major.

I am in EUA and was hoping for that co to materialise this side of the year and load it here but is increasingly looking like its going to happen in the new year.

Somehow I get this gut feeling that they may POSSIBLY have an early Agreement on Bhukia and announce that before other projects. IF that happens, its going to lock out investors as in that situation, the share price may go into orbit.
