You need to also look on the secondary Aquis exchange for trades in addition to the main exchange.
Either search "Aquis exchange sunrise" or in the share price search box at the top left on LSE type SRES (BUT DONT PRESS ENTER), you will get two options: SRES and SRES.GB.PL, the latter is the Aquis exchange ticker for Sunrise. You will find Justone's missing trade from Friday on here.

You may well be correct since warrants, although financial instruments, are already known knowns in the public domain. So perhaps PDMR's dealing (exercising) and closed periods are not relevant.

So there is still a possible channel for RNS news but whether we see anything or not who knows.

I don't know about a Canadian billionaire but the prospectus clearly states the funding comes from a single client of Mint.
"The funds for the Facility are being provided by a single client of Mint Capital, with the account being managed by Mint Capital on a discretionary basis with Mint Capital being solely responsible for managing the investment" (p7 January Prospectus).

I have it down as a buy, i don't recall the SP being over 5p yesterday. Also, if it was a sell the price would have been much, much lower for that volume.

Just gone through from yesterday at 5.10, timed at 16.23.

And another one (4M) has appeared, things beginning to warm up in the background?

A 4M trade just gone through at 2.20, lets see if they cancel it like they did last time.

If they buy the whole company in a "cold" hardnosed business transaction, i.e. literally buy up lots of shares, then yes they own the company, all its drug candidates and its IP. However, they don't gain the (automatic) support of the brains behind the company i.e. Vlad and the scientific team. Paying a generous lump sum maintains a "warm" relationship, access and an ongoing contribution from key individuals i.e. the brains trust. This know-how and continuity will be very valuable to Eli (or AN OTHER). Remember, employees can always walk and good ones always have a choice. I think the upfront will be significant.
