No the share comes out of the ISA at market value ,the loss is trapped IN THE ISA AND ERGO USELESS

One other consequence of delisting is that the share will no longer be eligible for an ISA , and also the relief for AIM listed stocks from inheritance tax is not available(not sure if the conditions for that relief are met though anyway) .

So all the losses we have suffered will not be available against future recovery gains if any

disastrous and I hope it doesnt happen .

They issued interims pre xmas last year so we might see some accounts imminently and more importantly a Tom video

Tintin we crossed. An unsecured loan is not equity It is debt and if his missus is cross it means he is advancing it and taking a risk he could lose it all

Who knows ? The market will decide. Will depend on the terms of any restructuring and future prospects.

I think you are losing the plot tintin. Calm down. If there are unsecured loans there is debt. It is not debt free as you said in a previous email

Based on bits and pieces of what you have relayed

My own view is that the solution could be an equity

Raise to pay off any debt that has not been subject to

A payment plan Nothing to do with an rto

But more likely Dc is the unsecured loan advancer with a commitment to not call it in in which case there is debt but not a threat of imminent insolvency and then the auditor can sign off the accounts as a going concern

Rto s are where the company is worthless but has a listing which saves money and hassle for a would be lister company ( in my experience. )Doubt that applies here

Thanks barnacle I worry that we haven't heard anything since as its been three months .Tom was talking near term news back then. Given his previous advice that it can take 6 weeks or so to get bleepa installed into a Trust it would be too late now to get in before Xmas ,so I think sadly it isn't going to happen soon .And what about Lanarkshire?

Hope we make progress in the new year though, and we should get interim results fairly soon.
