Hi bennster-like that post. As I have surmised before I dont think the auditors can finalise sign off until all the arrangements to meet going concern challenge has been documented ,and I hope that is now resolvable.

Also I wasnt aware AIM could provide an extension of deadlines-nobody had raised that possibility That is positive from DC .

That is unhinged tintin- you swing from one emotion to the other extreme. This is a chance of survival -at a cost of dilution so PHEW is right.

Tintin can you now leave the company alone for a month and let them get on with it.

So I read that as meaning you have to submit evidence-I don't know what that evidence should comprise but I thought it was not a "simple email"- hence I am procrastinating until it is clear a complaint is necessary.

As a former ACA AND CTA I have no fear of forms -sorry to have given that impression! Clearly you are well versed in all this so I will take your lead once we get the final guillotine!

Are because it’s a deadline he may or may not be working to.

I think the absence of a cfo has been pivotal. He overstretched on the basis of deals that were not guaranteed. Our hope is he is prepared to help fund any capital raise or has agreed a sale of one of the businesses My hope is fading though but if is bad news he will find a groundswell of anger of people with the funds to take him to court.

i cant see how they can disribute ANY proceeds as they have no distributable reserves and this sale just adds to the deficit on reserves
