Davde - not necessarily. I have been ~50% down on many shares to see them turn around. Never once tried to influence the sp on a BB. Never been that deep in my investment or doubetd what i invested in.

Computer - then perhaps don't clog up the bb when the sp drops 1p. I was trying to get a feel for you but you clearly are trying to manipulate things from the answer you gave me.

Computer - then for what my opinion is worth, i suggest you set a sell price for whatever you're happy with, switch off and don't read the BB or look at the share price. It seems like it's getting on top of you tbh. You're too emotionally invested for whatever reason and it can't be good for yourself.

Computer404 - in fairness, you sound like 98% of the people on these bbs.....looking to triple your money yesterday. You really needed to be in ODX a year ago for that to happen. However, if you sit tight and remind yourself 3 times a day, that ODX have increased their staff by ~200% over the last however months and expanded their premises massively, you will see that the future is very bright for this company.

Now you may bag (or more) on ODX, sell and chase rainbows. But you could lose your profits in that time. I've no doubt ODX will become a very big company in the future. Do you have the patience?

Not sure what is hard to understnad. The market clearly views ODX at it's current mcap. When orders are announced (which they will be, given they've increased their workforce massively for no reason other than to make vast amounts of products) the mcap and sp will increase. They will reinvest their vast profits, expand and produce other things when covid testing isn't needed.

Simples. They will have the capacity and expertise to produce lots of other tests by that time, for whomever & whatever. Many have to see passed covid testing.

gary - post count means nothing. I'm no oracle but have learned lessons over the years. Most lessons are mocked by the gamblers. I doubt i'll see them in 5 years unless under a different guise.

The fact very few can't use a calculator, or can read properly, is frightening though.

SXX was a certainty to many (who didn't look into it), as my initial post said. Don't put words in my mouth.

The majority don't look in on markets everyday, nor can make a calculated decision. Hence why you should never put all your eggs in one basket.

With SXX, you got lucky. Many didn't, investing their pensions on word of mouth.

Not that you have, but It is never a good idea to give newbies to this board the false impression that their investment is going to multiply guaranteed.

Gower - while you apparently bought near the 5 year low and sold near the 5 year peak, there was many others that lost the majority of the value or their investments. You got lucky, but many, many others did not. Nothing is a given.

10% in HZM....but growing.

As another has said, don't put all your eggs in 1 basket. HZM is very promising but not a given to riches. As usual, on;y invest what you're prepared to lose and don't invest money you may need in the next few years. Always have at least 6 months outgoings in your current account.

Research SXX, LEK & I3E et al from recent times on how things can go very wrong being overexposed to one share. Folk lost fortunes on 'certainties'.

ART123 suggested the SP may go down to 10p or even 2p soon (laughable). Then says that long term prospects are good. He's clearly agenda driven. Don't give him the time of day. Another dispicable fool amongst the many on these BBs, thinking their 2 bob will make an iota of difference.

Wasa- i didn't take that as a negative. I was happy with my profit at the time. Any profit is good. It definitely pays to trust your initial instincts though and not read Twitter or bbs too often. Something i've been learning over the years.

I have a very modest PF, but one that i've grown consistently over the years I've been able to add to it. I've been fortunate with ARB doubling it in the last month alone. But those occurrences are very rare. I have 4 or 5 shares that i'd like to think will at least treble my money in the next 3 or 4 years conservatively. HZM being one.

I was one of them wasa. I had 800,000 shares at 0.7p average. Sold the lot between 2 and 3p. Several Twitter commentators (who I had previously held in high regard) scared me out of it.

Redundancies have cost me a fortune also. Having to cash in SQZ, SLP, RRE et al when few had heard of them. And was once in HZM sub 5p years ago. I'm hanging on to these shares now though.

Mansion - he wasn't endorsing 4d at all. He questioned who they were!

All publicity is good publicity though and maybe he's researching the company now.

I check on this bb just a few times a day now and guaranteed it's the same few posters in the first 10 messages posting their incessant whinges! Soooo boring having to read their repeated bull day in & day out.

Put your big boy pants on and remind yourself that ODX will have tripled their workforce shortly ;)
