RE: 8p Rights Offer7 Dec 2021 21:01
I do think I have got it wrong.
This is a long term hold! I'm happy with my investment and will add more. I don't mind waiting 4 to 5 years! Especially when we are buying this below 19p a share and can average down under 8p, imagine buying at £1 or £2 or more in 4 to 5 years time... My brother added 5k in each out of his childrens savings, he said it will pay for their university fees. Me, I might just **** it up against the wall and party in my 50s who knows! My money and I will do what I like with it, just like you will.
Progress from last year to this year...

Interview
Velocys is on the Jet Zero Council, has that helped a lot?
Definitely as it brings together the Government, industry and other interested parties. We are very pleased to be represented on there, as it is a key part of the solution to making the whole industry sustainable.
Where do you think the company will be in 5 years time?
Well, in 5 years I hope that Altalto will be making fuel and Velocys, which is the technology company that is behind it, hope to be licensing our technology all over the world to plants in other countries.

The MoU covers the purchase by IAG’s constituent airlines, which includes British Airways, Aer Lingus and Iberia amongst others, of an expected 73 million gallons of SAF, in aggregate, at a fixed price. After blending, this will produce the equivalent, under US regulations, of 192 million gallons of net zero SAF (blended basis) during the term of the purchase contract, which will last for ten years from 2026, which is when the Project’s biorefinery is expected to begin delivering SAF. It represents one third of the facility’s planned annual output and complements the binding offtake agreement for the remaining two thirds annual output announced today with Southwest Airlines.

Japan.
TOYO’s engineering study will start to establish commercial-scale production of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) in Japan. During this phase of the project, TOYO will integrate biomass gasification, Velocys’ Fischer Tropsch (FT) technology and other process technologies to efficiently convert woody biomass into SAF. This project is part of the “Biojet Fuel (or SAF) Production Technology Development Project” of the Japanese Government’s New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO).
