Morocco could be similar to Ghana. They closed the air border for 5 months but Tullow and Modec were allowed one charter each every two weeks. They opened the airport specifically for them.
I'm not saying the border could be open for predator but energy businesses are getting leniency in many countries even in the UK.

Thank god there is that core that came to the surface last October, remember that core, the one that was allegedly weeping oil (I know). We never did get the data from that. Conventional core analysis takes no more than six weeks so it must be sitting in a pile somewhere.
