If a recognised market like Hong Kong or ASAX you're fine, its whether your SIPP Provider rules permit it. I had a holding in what was Plethora on AIM that relisted in Hong Kong a Regent Pacific two years ago & my SIPP accommodated the change of exchange. Just adds currency risk to you investment.
