Surprisingly low even for RKH. Thought we would see more volume leading up to the 1st!

Think we will move back to 12p or past it today.

Godders, as I have said before the FIG are the ones who have shown the most fervor to get project up and running.
I don't believe they would have extended the license this time without a real show of commitment. I would point out the RNS from RKH on 5th March reads
"following discussions between the joint venture partners, Harbour Energy and the Falkland Islands Government (“FIG”), FIG has agreed to extend each of the Company’s North Falkland Basin Petroleum Licences"
Note it mentions Harbour Energy not PMO. Harbour Energy Plc does not exist yet so could only refer to Harbour Energy in the US!

It's a bit like these imminent decisions we've been waiting for!

Wonder who the additional sources are?

But with only 25% and likely less after Pemex have taken their cut their going to want additional sources of income

The most wording we've seen from PMO regards Sea Lion in a long while. Very positive IMHO!

Forgive me, just reread the RNS.
"a decision (referred to as an “award”) is due within 120 days (extendable, at the discretion of the Tribunal, by a further 60 days if required) of the closure of the proceedings."
At the time I thought the proceedings had closed so 120 days would have been 23rd April.
I assume we would get an RNS if it had closed.
Can't help but feel the way this is dragging out that they might be negotiating to settle!

I think 23rd April is the deadline for a decision set by ICSID from the RNS just before Christmas

Possibly, I agree there have been a lot of block trades at 50,000 & 100,000 (most were between 5p and 8p) but a lot that showed as sells were I think were buys as I could buy at the same price.
Some pension funds still hold, Fidelity in the US for instance, you can see some instituitional ownership on morningstar.com & FT.com.
Different countries have different thresholds of where they have to report holdings. Some don't have any requirement!

L2 has shown best offer price at 10.48 from theMM's all week but someone (probably pension fund) has letting go large amounts at 10p for a while now hence why the offer price has not moved. The 100,000 sell earlier @10p will have been a buy, 9.8p's are sells. The 9.87's could be either
