I heard through someone in the company that one person in company bought a 1 million pound half derelict house To renovate looking over the Gibraltar straits spain one side Africa the other but its expensive here,lack off room high rents,because a company buys a property here as a business address and a lot are not lived in...majority of majority of the time hence high prices,easy for some with plenty of cash but the Gibraltar People have to put themselves on the housing list so it ain't all roses for some.hope this gave you some insight into Gibraltar.
