Vinanz is an illiquid share, if someone sold £100k they’d crash the share price.

Very little cash left for working capital. Then you have all the directors salaries which I guess will be £500k per annum not to forget all the free shares they’ve been awarded.

Only time will tell if Nick Cowan delivers something for once. So far, it’s the directors’ benefitting not the shareholders.

EACH board member’s salary is capped at £120k. I assume Jamie and Nick will be £120k for sure and £60-100k for the other members plus the rest of the team.

Safe to assume, Most of the funds raised is working capital.

I see the group Marshall’s have deleted most recent negative posts regarding the board’s extremely generous renumeration package.

Also, I have to openly and honestly say there are some deluded shareholders in that group who believe the Sun is now shining out the new board’s behinds just as they previously did with the old board.

I know of few people who have been booted from that group. It’s an embarrassment of a group where shareholders can’t discuss why the Board decided to handsomely reward themselves before the company is generating revenue.

PURE GREED from the Board of Valereum. Rewarding themselves before accomplishing anything they’ve set out to do.
