So what we have with pow and UCAM is a "fully financed, unlisted venture" refers to a company or project that has secured all the necessary funding to operate and is not publicly traded on a stock exchange. This means the company is privately held, with investors holding shares directly, rather than the shares being available to the general public.

So will we be investing in the results of what the JV outcome is and, according to Tray the good old balance sheet.

Keeping faith in the market, would be a commercial find to sell=profit. If pow found uranium to mine along with other rare Earth minerals etc then, the volume in buying will increase=share value for holders=profit. That’s why we’re all optimistically invested here.

Pxss off harpy. I’ve never been locked in. Happy to trade on the highs and lows. But my major holding is there for profit.

Tray, as usual you’ve pointed out why investing in pow should be a no brainier. Trouble is the market hates dilution and, like it or not, regardless of what the cash was used for the stock still got diluted.

So now pow have an asset of cash in the bank, licenses in Canada to whom UCAM have invested £10milliion.

I wonder does that cash cover all expenses or just exploration and drilling, you say it’s all for free, what about setting up camp wages etc.

I think as Sol001 and I have pointed out we need a positive commercial find then we will have share value.

Why Gmet are doing so well, they have the backing of their government. Also UCAM and the market likes them. UCAM have so far made a nice profit. Was Sean premature in selling and, I’d like to know what is he going to do with this £10.000.000 in the bank.

Can't really think of another sub £15mil valued junior exploration company on planet earth right now with access to this much working capital.

There are others Tray, you just have to think outside the pow-box. Pow will only get trusted when they have something to dig up and sell. Until then the SP will stagnate.
