Goes to show that everyone wants a piece of this pie and they will 'scrutinise' the drilling/ The Doc etc to get those shares down into the early 40's minimum, especially before the Lincoln result. That way, if it's non-commercial, the sp shouldn't tank too much further- if it does dry powder will soon mop up the stock before the last drill.
I wouldn't be surprised if a major wants this on a plate and that there are coordinated efforts to generally trash the company and their leaders/ drilling techniques.

Thes sp has more or less flatlined since before midday. The news will have been priced in soon enough.

The 'bots are operate fine (!) when the market is ticking along 'normally'; however when a piece of news arrives they go into meltdown.

Yes, if this share was that awful, there wouldn't be so many trades imo. Unlike my old beau BOIL which in the end felt like a flippin' boil that needed lancing. Looked at BOIL yesterday and the only action is the occasional MM ticking a box.

It took a few days after this new spud to lose out the weaker holders and profit takers and de-riskers. If the sp continues to tank I'll just choose up and coming companies to short in future and go long the crappy ones !!

in times like this the ability and speed of recovery is interesting. It's rising as I type lol. I'm sure we'll have another break even day. Additionally, the 50P stops were itching to be stopped out by the 'bots. GLA.
