Well, according to (our) LSE the Banking sector is down 2.55% with only Virgin up 1.5-ish, so we're kind in the same basket. Footsie down over 1% today too. Expecting fun and games from the MM's now. I expected the sp lower by now from the day trader sells. V. lo-fat spread now, we've seen it at >1.4 approx and now its .31.

Just bought in at 129. V. cheesed off the the sp has risen 4% in the time i took to transfer the dough !! Still the sp may just show the strength in Vanquis and the potential ahead as many note here, esp. with inflation moderating coupled with lower gas prices/ not so jumbo int rate rise by B of E forcast. We'll see. Monday WILL be interesting eh ? GLA
