Stable-ish week. Pity Mr. Market widdled on the sp. Will probably get one of our famous ~5% boosts back into the 'twenties next week.

New trousers to buy on the weekend after kicking myself all wee over the HE1 I decided not to buy lol.

Looks like the market is recognising VANQ again now we are up in the blue most days now. I have v. limited cash now so am building up the more dry powder reserves for any more fallen angels. Couldn't make VANQ when it was briefly 102-3 but there we go. Wasn't brave enough for PFC but there are always opportunities. Only a few pennies away from my 127 b/e now. Happy days at the Nearly There Arms.

VANQ above 120- now there's a soft top diabetic sock filler. Santa rally on the go here.

The overall market is really booming today, most of my watchlist is multi % up. Great to see our boat have lifted nicely. Lol yes those Christmas overspenders. Go on- Belgian chocolate money this year not the common or garden coins...

Looks good bigpunt. My av is 127p. Keeping some dry powder handy as we move nearer Chrimbo as folk lock in gains (or losses). Hopefully this will slowly move up again as we have hit around 110 a few times recently.

Yes, a half decent next set of results should see some big fish returning. Macro stuff looking more 'stable' so i'm not expecting drops below 105 (!). Plenty folk looking to borrow a after Christmas ! We'll see. GLA

Great news- and my Warren Buffett-esque investment style is working.

Decent companies on a (temporary) downer with a nice divi and staying away from speculative AIM hi risk moneypits. Post divorce, I may have a snowballs chance of not having to live in a bed and breakfast and boiling soup in my kettle for the rest of my days.

Approaching my 127 av. I've asked Alexa to sent out for the Blue Nun. Nobbys Nuts and Angel Delight and Tunnocks teacakes for possibly this weeks party. (strict limits on beige coloured foods).

I was in this some months back, I cleverly (even for me) bought in a day or so before the last raise and lost nearly 1/3 of my dough over the next few weeks. A great idea all this greener energy and all that but yes, its AIM and I try to stay well away from companies likely to need fresh injections of capital to develop and grow. Yes, put £100 / tiny amount in and stick it in the bottom draw and add as it rises but AIM shares are not good to average down on either. Got the t-shirt and the kick up the jacksie.

Expected a drop today after folk sell into the re-investing volume but nope- in rates decision surely made a difference to the sp this morn. Anyhoo, the sp has been doing just fine week on week. Trade vol is ticking up too. Approaching my average so a bottle of Blue Nun is getting ready for lift off next week.

Think i'll keep my wad as dry powder since i've missed my next entry point. Great to receive those divis though. Thank you VANQ !

Hi Pooks: Well, my take is that int rates are hitting a ceiling according to Bof E and banks as a sector are now a bit more attractive. Big fish are well moving in now. Also the sp hasn't wobbled significantly since the rise from 103.

Can't see myself buying in for some weeks yet/ under 127 (my av). GL

Cheesed off!!!!! Still waiting for some cash to come through to buy more of these beauties will be nearly a month now. (Hopefully this is a spike lol...../ those who bought a 104 will be dumping shortly for a grand profit.

Sp appears to have stabilised now. I would appreciate a few more weeks under 110 to enable a lower av (127) to something more respectable.
