Rufus announced this late Friday afternoon, and even had the audacity to be apologetic in regards to this late announcement! I just don't believe or have faith in Board anymore. How can a CEO take such an extortionate salary, and not even aligned with Shareholders... Shareholders have just had enough misleading and disappointment from the company we need a change.

According to the website.. The Mine is currently producing up to 4,000t per month of coal for sale and the Company is seeking to increase production up to 10,000t per month in the near term. Either the company has forgotten to updated the coal production or has kept silent for some reason! How on Earth has Lind been convinced to part with 750k! Where are the updates!!

These are all questions the market are looking for unfortunately there has been no update and hence the SP has been taken down further! Seems like the Rufus has no concerns regards the SP is Shareholders! Very disappointing and concerning.

Gaf11 give it a rest. As Shareholders we are concerned but it not dead and finished as you have stated in ever other post of yours! As Shareholders we want some confidence shown from Company not silence or continuous set backs. We have rights so let's use them!

Hawkander I have had no reply as have few other I know of! It is rather concerning that we have reached this point again. Previous Shareholders action group got some notice from BOD's and I honestly felt that things would progress from there on clearly not and hence the Shareprice speaks for itself. Very disappointed with Company and it Shareholders relations.

I agree action is needed, so whatever I can do I am willing to do.. I have small holding in comparison to many here, but I would rather lose my investment than just let the BOD's mislead us.

Good to see progress being made in the background. Will be very interesting to see this relisting in January..

This us Clearly ignorance from BOD'S! The share price is at an all time low while we have had progress over the year! Rufus et all need to reassure Shareholders... I feel the Rufus has no concerns for Shareholders what so ever..

Concern is if Rufus was some what upbeat why not show it buy purchasing shares and aligning themselves with Shareholders, better still take salary reduction untill they hit Targets namley 10k! I am still awaiting for my email reply which has already been over week! I doubt any on has had reply.

Jzd I feel we need to do something as this has become ridiculous in therms of Shareholders value! What ever I can do I will as will other I am sure. I would rather see EGM called my investment may have been lost but at least we can say we tried what was within our rights.

The share price continues in it's downward spiral! Surely the Rufus must be aware of the SP and the concerns from Shareholders! So someone puts a low bid offer in for the company would Rufus object! This just madness from BOD.

Are not responding to Shareholders concerns. I doubt anyone has received any reply from the company, while we the shareholders lose more faith in the company!

Updated the market while the SP continues to fall. Concerned Shareholders in the dark once again! EGM will need to be called.

Rufus unfortunately has over promised and under delivered which everyway you look at it. Personal feel Rufus is not up to seeing this viable coal Business. Why are we valued at 2.6m market cap! 173mt coal resource, coal mining equipment, coal mining licence... Something not quite right.

I hope that is the case, but the current SP is far too concerning, Rufus needs to reassure Shareholders.

So doubt they will take these options anytime soon.. Rufus needs to update the market.

That maybe the case but, it was mentioned in the recent RNS "implementing the expansion plans at site" and they currently have 8k tonnes of regular coal orders they will need to hit above this target or they would not have got the contact Imo... Something which is need by Rufus to announce asap! Information is being held back either way.
