Surely visits by the potential JV partners is part of the process so no delay just they way it will go, covid has slowed things down but all on track imo.. make what you will of it. All the best.

The process involved with short listings was inevitable no JV partner will want to spend money without site visits, so yes this was expected. Patience will be rewarded here that is if you can hold!
