We have had two separate approaches from third parties but neither has met our criteria and we actively continue to seek an appropriate partner.

Most of the new placing stock as well as November placing shares had warrants at price of 0.30 so SP will need to rise for these to be exercised.. correct if I am wrong that's around another £1.5m in the coffers!
