A buy out could happen at any point after the dust settles on the MRE. Also a joint venture scenario could unfold which would need to be analyzed at that point in time.

My outlook assuming Empire continues to develop Pitfield (and this hasn't really changed much since I first twigged what Empire have here):

60p - £1, post MRE

£1 - 2, first mining operations and product to market

£2 - 7, further expansion of mining and maturing market for products

£7 - 9, fully developed

£9+ ultimate Unicorn

I'm planning on top slicing at the first dust settle as I am wary it may take longer to develop the next stages and after all I'm in this to make money to put to good use elsewhere.

Hopefully the next RNS will land next week and onwards we march.

Albeit the prospect is low cost due to the Unicorn factors, it will still take a lot of capital to set up a mining operation before any revenue can be generated. After the MRE is out and work starts on what comes next I imagine the company coffers will look a we bit threadbare. I'm guessing this us where government grants will be key and inevitably some dilution to the share pool will happen to raise capital. I'm just running this through my head and maybe thus has been documented/discussed previously. Hopefully the sp will have risen enough for dillution not to whollop the long term holders. The more I mull this over I'm hoping Empire have a robust capital plan in development for the foreseeable as this rolls out over the next couple of years, enough to keep their end game alive or stave of unwanted take over bids.

Mid way through August and the tension is becoming palpable.

The way the SP is holding firm, it’s likely to jump considerably on the wiff any anything new/positive.

I also have no doubt that Empire would not be doing what they are if they were not absolutely certain they economically mine and sell whatever comes out of Pitfield. It just a question of on what scale. We could be entertaining the Titanium Revolution with Pitfield becoming the largest producer on the planet or at whatever size market Empire (or whoever) want to aim this at over the years. Whatever scenario unfolds, I'm delighted I have my tickets for the show that is about to unfold. The next catalyst could land any moment.

I fully expected 'organic' momentum to build as August arrived, purely because of the timeframe for the MRE and likleyhood any further updates from the drill sample analysis. Any official news that confirms momentum and its hold on tight time.

It's a waiting game for more drill results (could land at any moment) and the MRE (end of August/early sept is my guess). Trying to time a drop inbetween these happening is becoming increasingly risky as its crucial time.

Basically because they have drilled out samples of raw material and not commissioned any plant or smelting proces to make solid titanium.

As long as the Unicorn doesn't turn out to be a brass razoo rather than a krugerrand, I'm going for 30-60 pre MRE and a doubling after the dust settles.

I'm hoping we get an update on the drilling results in the next week or two, with a clearer indication of when MRE will be published. I'm hoping it will be early September with a gradual increase in the SP as we build up to the momentus day.

I had big hopes here, and I hope its just a storm in a teacup but all the same I won't be adding as confidence is wanting. Hopefully get my money back before Xmas and I'll be leaving this behind.
