It's very plausible that the sp could reach £5 and that being the case, I've more than sufficient shares to reward my endeavors here. However, I'm of the opinion that a takeover will be on the cards or the waters could be muddied by events that will dilute holdings. But it would be absolutely phenomenal if Empire take this all the way. You can't argue with Manlords summary and if your looking for a brilliant risk v reward punt for a very good return, you don't need to do much dd to reach a conclusion. Well played all those who have bought in thus far up to this sp level and hats off to anyone getting on-board now. It's going to be some ride when the MRE lands.

You can't argue with the increase in the sp over the last few months. It's great that we are now very close to the announcement of the arbitration decision. However I'm surprised there hasn't been a big jump last week as the decision day is now very close. Is it simply a case of the rocket igniting on the decision and we will stick at the current level till the news lands. 🤔

Anyone who refuses out of hand that this isn’t the real deal and won’t be a highly profitable, long-term concern supplying a healthy global market needs to have very strong counter argument, not a waffly ‘ah but I’m concerned about the flooding of the market, etc etc’. Ask yourself why on Earth have Empire done what that have in looking for this if there is not a viable market for it. The fact that they appear to have found a Unicorn just makes this as exciting as fook.

However, what is yet to be determined is if this is a ‘Gold’, ‘Silver’ or ‘Bronze’ discovery.

Even if it turns out to be the lower end of even the most pessimistic views, its worth multiples of the current SP. Either way, the SP is going in the direction of multiples unless of a catastrophic event.

You don’t want be sitting on the fence waffling on about the negative aspects when taken as whole the outlook is overwhelmingly positive, why would you not want to be putting in a few grand here if you have some spare ££ or are looking to re-jig your portfolio? Unless mining is just not your bag.

I can’t see a better prospect for a shorter-term return or indeed a longer-term investment opportunity.

A first-rate opportunity, nothing guaranteed but good grief we are talking about the stock market here, where nothing is guaranteed. In terms of the risk/reward mantra, you don’t have to look far to reach your own conclusions.

Getting very interesting/exciting now, deffo squeaky bum time if your still pondering your entry. Despite being a couple of month away from the big reveal, I would not be surprised to see a decent steady rise as momentum builds to 🚀

Good point Larry regarding existing producers and trying to maintain market share.

The size, cost effectiveness and quality of Pitfield mean it would be a market disrupter.

Right from my initial research, this has really struck a chord and the the more I've researched the more I've got it. At the end of the day investing like this is never certain but EEE has opened up the possibility of bagging a life changing return for an up front investment that I'm fortunate enough to be able to walk away from (albeit with my knackers kicked) with no great loss if it goes pear shaped which is very unlikely now. A unicorn 🦄 kind of sums it up and that probably why more folks haven't piled in, squeaky bum time for those pondering investing this stage now as the the clock ticks on the next announcements.

Cheers for the update ML. The stampede when the the masses realise what's here will be something else. Just hope nothing muddies the waters now as we countdown to Aug/September when the bells well and truly start to ring.

have been increasing my holding here over the last few months, averaging 12.09p and feel like i've de-risked while also seeing a 40% increase. got a small top up in the pipeline with the offer that closed today and then happy to sit back for six months. by my *** packet workings could easily double my current total holding. hopefully everyone gets a good return and can enjoy the gains to come.

Looking like the sp won't be dropping below 17p now today so the retail offer of 15.78 looks decent unless the go live of the ASX creates a temporary drop.

Is there any discount for the UK retail share offer that is currently in play? I'm unsure on how the sp is worked out for this offer?

Good post MInihook. I asked myself similar questions a month or two back. And at the stage we are now at now, its de-risked to such an extent I think the only 'risk' is a buy out which means thr journey stops for Empire but they will only let it go for big ££££. Or the event of Empire making a total hash of funding the next stages and dilutions errodes the return or a partnering up goes tits up etc. But I just don't think that will be allowed to happen. Always a geopolitical event could be an issue but we are not talking about a mine in Timbuktoo here. Or if a host of similar titanium deposits suddenly spring up that mean the market is flooded, could happen I guess but I'll take my chances 😉

...to add, I guess what's more important is that I don't need to sell when it reaches any particular milestone, so I can assess my options along the way and may offload chunks etc. I'd not really factored in the dividend element, need to ponder that.

It's a question that I've been pondering the last week. I suspect the decision will be made for me and it will be a buy out scenario. I would want at least £2 , that would be lovely. If Empire take this all the way/joint venture, then I'm thinking eventually it will head into the £5 - £7 territory within 5 years which would give me an early retirement 😎
