So it seems the October 9 ban on #REE #rareearths has been suspended for a year. This affects Ho, Er, Tm, Eu and Yb.

What of the original April 2025 ban on 7 REEs including Y, Dy and Tb? No indications it has been lifted or suspended so far.

The Dec 2024 ban on #Gallium? Still in place

Conclusion: this is not over, and the USA stand highly incentivized to develop its own rare earths and critical metals supply chains, both domestically and overseas...

Companies like @AltonaRareEarth stand well positioned to play a role in the development of new REE and critical minerals supply chains.

Sellers will regret as Gallium is still banned from export.....

Clarification on Rare Earth Export Control

China is suspending RE export control measures announced on 10/9. It is not suspending all RE export control that was announced before 10/9

My read is military use RE export is still banned. RE export for dual use still requires application.
