Nasdaq level Directors on board8 Apr 2026 09:40
The "Ex-Facebook" (Meta) Director: Lucas Perraudin
In September 2025, VULT made a huge statement by appointing Lucas Perraudin as a Non-Executive Director.
• The Background: He held senior leadership roles at HP and, most importantly, Meta (Facebook).
• The Expertise: At Meta, he was a key figure in their VR/AR and AI execution teams.
• The Mission: He wasn't hired to build a social network; he was hired to lead VULT’s AI adoption and implementation. He is the bridge between VULT’s small engineering team and the "Big Tech" standards used by companies like L’Oréal and LVMH (who he also advises).
2. The "Quantum" & IBM Connection: Andy Stanford-Clark
If Lucas is the AI guy, Andy Stanford-Clark is the "Quantum Heavyweight."
• The Role: He is an IBM Distinguished Engineer (one of the highest technical ranks at IBM) and a master of "Mastering the Internet of Things."
• The Synergy: He recently participated in VULT’s March 19, 2026, Live Broadcast. His involvement gives VULT a direct "brain-link" to how the world’s biggest quantum computer builder (IBM) thinks about security.
• The Logic: Having an IBM Distinguished Engineer on your side is like having the person who built the "Super-Robot" helping you build the "Un-pickable Lock."
3. The "UK Banking" Director: Gordon Merrylees
Just a few weeks ago (March 23, 2026), VULT added another "suit" to the team to turn the tech into sales.
• The Background: A former top executive at NatWest and RBS for 36 years.
• The Mission: To get VULT’s quantum security into Tier-1 UK Banks.
• The Strategy: Banks don't buy tech from "internet startups." They buy from people they trust. Gordon is there to walk VULT into the boardrooms of Barclays, HSBC, and NatWest to say, "This is the quantum shield you need for your 2027 budgets."
4. The "Chairman": Brian Stockbridge
• The Role: He is the architect of the whole company (and the one you see on the Aquis RNS updates).
• The Strategy: He has moved VULT from being a general investment firm into a "Sovereign Tech House." By surrounding himself with a Meta director, an IBM engineer, and a NatWest boss, he is building a team that looks like a NASDAQ-level company but is currently priced like an Aquis penny stock.
