What are the chances the three major shareholders are going to take the company private?
http://www.investorease.com/company.php?disp=major&epic=RIC&holder=Michinoko%20Limited They are also in Sovereign mines of Africa with a certain Giles Clarke http://www.sovmines.com/shareholder-information/
Perhaps we will see some more buying today off the back of the 18m purchase.
Somebody must be in the know to stick 400k down.
Another placing. No progress, just more of the airy fairy " in advanced discussions with a number of funding providers for the potential acquisition of the Middelburg smelting facility." Weren't they in advanced talks 6 months ago? Production Aug '17 What happened? Where is the explanation? All the monies raised last time, have they been spent on admin? Somebody at the company has a lot of explaining to do!
I didn't mean you, I meant anyone selling at the moment. I'm sure patience will pay big dividends.
I know there is no news, but, why would you want to sell, when this share could really take off?
It would be nice to see a few more lumpy buys before the day is out. We know once the land lease and the smelter funding have been sorted this is going to fly!
Several substantial buys late Friday afternoon. I am starting to get a very good feeling again. Perhaps some major news coming through shortly.
Hotchips, Thank you.
What does this really mean to the small investor? Is this a positive or not? http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=IRON&ArticleCode=xcora540&ArticleHeadline=Blocklisting_Return
http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=IRON&ArticleCode=lqytj1t7&ArticleHeadline=Company_Update I don't see this as negative. Yes we are behind schedule, but, it definitely looks like it is happening. We simply have to be patient, you know if this is successful it will be a huge ROI.
Market makers at it again Spread: 0.50 Spread as %: 21.74%
Are the market makers just messing around? The spread this morning was 0.25 now 0.05 ie 10% spread to 2.13%.
Hopefully now that one or two financial reporters have mentioned Ironveld over the last week some others will follow in the weekend papers.
Betfair, I have to agree. This must start creeping up, nice little buys coming in today, but, this has certainly started moving in the right direction over the last week or two, it has a very solid feel to it with the news we have received. The only thing that would really make it any better would be seeing the board buy more shares.
Given the orders are in and the small smelter is in place, there may be a way of the company running without having to raise more money, even if they have to raise more money when there is a healthy cash flow, I would expect the next trenche of shares to come in below today's price. Given the way the shares are slowly creeping up, the next trenche could be north of 3p.
Starting to feel really positive about this share again. There should be a cash flow imminently and what about both smelters working in tandem, could we keep them busy?
TigerByTheTail Until we know why GC got rid of some shares in Kenv, it would be wrong to speculate on that company or his reasons to raise cash. Since we know Ironveld should have a cash flow imminently, I would suggest that there is no need to create panic and from recent reports and volumes in Ironveld recently I would suggest the outlook is more positive than it has been for a long time..
So, given Tracarta now holds 7.08% of all voting shares, with Giles shares and his other company's and family shares, I wonder how many more shares they would need to acquire it/take it private?
