KZG now taking off since GC was booted.
Let's hope the massive dilution doesn't get voted for in the first GM. That would reduce our leverage in the vote to oust him.
HL have confirmed my votes have been cast.
Having followed this closely, I cast my votes today- NO to the placing, YES to ousting Giles "Dilution" Clarke (et al)
I see GC was booted from Kazera just before a large investment - I wonder if that was a condition of the investment
The last we heard from ME was end of March: "The Board is in regular communication with Grosvenor, regarding its funding process and the institutions involved and we look forward to completion soon."
Sounds like a complex set of investments, hence delay, but would be nice for them to break the silence
At last, could it be that this old wheezing runner is finally about to cross the Starting Line after over a decade of spun yarn?
I've topped up today, average is 0.0084 after much averaging down over the years.

You have to love the reply to that tweet:
"Just get deal done, dragging it on with time frames that r never kept."
I think we all appreciate that response.
I said at the start of December nothing would happen here for at least the next 6 months and I was berated for my negativity. By my estimation you've still got 3 months at least :-)
No mining going on at Ironveld. Struggled to get anywhere near putting a shovel in the ground for the last 12 years. The price here already reflects that!
Giles Clarke has been 'in negotiations with interested parties and possible financiers' for years (I've been here for about 8). I agree it could go to 5p if something happens, but I've been waiting 8 years so far, and I see no available information which suggests the next 6 months will be any different. Apologies if that upsets anyone, it's only an opinion :-)
Now all the intense message board hype has subsided (news imminent, RNS tomorrow, China circling, huge redox battery demand), we are back to a business which has proven it cannot produce a product, can't negotiate a deal, the board tried to underhandedly obtain cheap shares and their is not yet any kind of demand for redox flow batteries. As I suggested prior to the hype a month ago, nothing will happen here for at least 6 months. Hold
Agree with Bobtrigg, I read those headlines 8 years ago and was just as excited as some of these new investors. It's going to be under the ground a lot longer. Plus, if it gets sold, that won't be for a while either. The share price reflects market confidence, not asset value!
Is it just me, or did all of OzricRichard's posts dissappear when I mentioned the Ozric Tentacles?
Ozric, any reference to Ozric Tentacles? To extend on my comment that nothing will happen, my reference was to the short term. Something will happen eventually, either a low price disposal of the asset or production, but not on Monday, next week, or H1 2021 :-)
Boom123, I completely agree that I don't know that nothing will happen. If I knew either way I'd either sell out or put my house on it. However, I am continuing to buy small amounts because I truly believe nothing will happen. I sincerely hope you are right, I am wrong and that we both become millionaires on Monday :-)
This is a trickle-buy share. Nothing will happen here for months. The current price reflects investor confidence, not asset value. We are waiting for a sale or news of production, neither of which will happen on Monday. Love your optimism guys, wish I wasn't so old and bitter. Have a great weekend all, GLA
I certainly agree that this could be worth 10p with the right phone calls to Elon Musk. But if we are stuck with businesses like Bushveld making low offers, how certain are we that Directors will want to get back at least the average value of their shares (i.e. 1.5p and more)? Would they settle for 0.9p? I'm not sure I can answer this question.
I wouldn't be surprised if Bushveld have previously been circling like vultures, but the offer on the table was too low. I half expect Iron's resource to be sold for a poor price +cash under the table, but with funding for a while and a less desperate situation the price obtained may be marginally better. Or a partnership maybe, where half of Iron is given away, or some other lame deal.....gosh I'm bitter!!
I bought in here many, many moons ago; I've even bought shares over 10p in the past, all based on the resource and the leadership. From watching the management team for the past 8 years I truly believe the fact they are now sitting on an asset with increasing value and commercial demand is pure fluke. They have posted RNS after RNS stating 'production imminent' or 'deal imminent' for years, which I really think they believed. Sadly, their inability to actually deliver anything other than delays just shows how poor they are at management.
So, my opinion is yes, we do have a huge world class and in demand resource, and the current price isn't reflective of the value under the ground, and we do now have Martin Eales; but on the flip side it is STILL under the ground and management have a very, very poor track record of kicking this can down the road.
Where will this go? If I'm honest I'd say we'll get more of the same RNS's and go nowhere for another few years. I hope I'm wrong!
Seems to be a lot of purchases going through - is this people averaging down?
Do I average down? It's just been such a long saga here, and yet again the saga continues...
