I believe Black fungus no different from any other institutional investor. If it is them selling to buy back cheaper. We'll just have to wait until they tire with us and move on to other investments. Wish the BOD would hurry up with this sale.

I don't want to depress any LTH but around 1.08. I was stuck here for 3 years and with the non-stop dilution, i never made a penny profit. Unless they release good news, that's different, then i'll load up.

I've been involved since August 2009, I watch this every morning, a few hundred small investors will be watching too. There's a few reasons people are not buying.
Massive dilution... still no road, SP was higher before we got the license, zero communication, can't trust a thing released by Roy Rogers, all news at least one year behind promise, etc, etc...I'm not invested but will be when I consider the SP low enough. This is now a bottom feeder buy, anything else is too risky.

At the time of writing there is 177 comments, 95% post complete nonsensical utter nonsense, repeat after repeat and insult after insult. Considering this LSE board every comment is shown on the left hand side. Other potential investors are seeing them and if they come and read this thread, most would run a mile.
On a normal thread with the SP rising you could get 50 comments, this thread, we can get 850 comments even when the SP is going down and the SP has been going down almost daily and is being advertised as such, everyone on the LSE board can see it.

I’m not ramping or de-ramping but the SP is low. At sale, the min share price should be between 28p-30p and we should get a dividend. My calculation is base on 10% of total value of the PT, then 10/% of that as the sale price. Basically 1% of the PT value at today’s price.

No reason for the continued SP fall.

I’ve been investing for years; I’ve never came across an RNS mentioning a potential sale combined with a substantial dividend being offered. ONLY FOR THE SP TO COLLASPE. It’s really a joke this one.

No, I’m down a considerable amount of money and I’ve had enough of all the ramping and excuses. As I said, that really horrible 12th May RNS…How many investors were suckered into buying this dog. Why the total silence from the BOD, why do they want permission to issue another 500 million. I get no normal replies, just insults and ramping trolls.

Maybe the BOD is waiting until the SP falls to 4p, then they‘ll let us know how much they got and the dividend will be 1p

I've made a terrible mistake buying into this one and i do hold, why would i comment if i didn't. I should have sold at 24p instead of buying more.
