Thanks chaps. I’m a retired postman who did have a few Porsches. I’m hoping to remedy that when this concludes. £2 a share should do it.

A few posers for the more knowledgeable ones here:
1) Are UBS now advising the BoD on which offer to accept?
2) If the BoD are happy with say, £1 per share for the whole company is this offer put to the shareholders to vote on?
3) If there IS a vote are the shares suspended?
4) If there is no suspension does the SP re-rate to 90ish % of the offer or does it stay as it is until the vote has ended?
5) Will we get to know what all the offers were?

I know, a lot of questions but I’m trying to keep you from getting bored!

Kevman, here’s my thoughts. Imagine if you were a MM and you think the share should be £2, you set the price and everyone sells their shares, the RNS comes out with the accepted offer of say 75p. The MM has then lost a shed load of money. This is the problem you see, no one knows what the sale price will be.

Well, I’m afraid Onassis as you’ve not answered my and others question about your “RNS logged” post you’re going in my green bin.

Year2020: that could be very relevant. If NN are the buyers then that £10m investment would make sense surely?

I emailed EUA yesterday to ask when we were getting the DFS. Shall I ask again when we’re getting the offer?

Crabby: it might also be due to me emailing EUA yesterday to ask when it’s coming. They’ve just replied saying it’s “been dealt with in today’s RNS”!
