Just recieved my invoice this afternoon, paid it immediately but my invoice was 53 I paid the 510 standard fee.

My concern is if the invoices have been sent out numerically that only adds up to £26500, hoping that there are more than just 53 of us paid up, or maybe they have not been sent in order? Anyone had a later number on the invoice? Maybe they are just random numbers. All the best everyone.

I've emailed Micheal's office 3 times now asking for invoice, or reply to say I don't qualify but no reply of any sort as yet 🤔?

I have emailed Micheal on a couple of occasions concerning my doubts over my case but as yet have not had a reply, I sold my remaining shares in the days leading up to the final suspension, for a thumping loss, what I wanted to know is whether this would lessen my chances of a succeful pay out as I obviously have no shares now? My wife is on my case saying that I will be even further down the line if a payout is forthcoming, and that I am throwing good money after bad, she is just waiting to say I told you so, can you tell us that our case is no less chance of success than anyone else's?

I've filled in all the revelant paperwork and been assured my invoice will be coming this week, but my remaining worry here is that I am no longer a share holder, as I sold my remain g shares in the weeks days before the final collapse totaling a 38k loss. But will I be excluded from any pay out if case successful, or even further at the back of the queue. Wasting another £600, can anybody give me any clarity on my situation? I'm sure I'm not alone with this dilemma.. Regards Colin.

Hi could not bring myself to look in here for about a month, good to see the progress being made here, I asked before but didn't see a reply, would like to join the action but sold all my shares for a thumping £43k loss a few days before the end, as Im not now a shareholder am i eligible for compensation now even if fraud is proven? I don't know whether this has been discussed before as I only look in occasionally now, but I sold out losing 44k about a month ago.

I was wandering if there is court action in the future and the company was found guilty of fraud would I still be a part of any court settlement that was agreed? Or the fact that I was no longer a shareholder disqualify me from any settlement.
