From the Q&A session LC seems to thinks that phase 2 will be completed quickly with at least 10million of drill spend within the first year of phase 2 suggesting phase 2 will be over within 2 years which will take us into phase 3 whereby they will be producing a DFS (Definitive Feasibility Study) at this stage a lot more will be understood.

BG and LC mentioned that they are happy to wait a few weeks to ensure the interests of OMI shareholders are fully protected at phase 3 stage and also to ensure that the JV structure is set up in a tax advantageous nature

Very hard to predict that far out imo as ANZA could be bought out in 2 years time.

Seen some suggestions on here that the majors might try and pick it up on the cheap at that stage.

There are laws that would prevent an asset transfer at way below.maket value, and there is only really one instance I can think of in recent years whereby a mine was sold seemingly on the cheap well before getting developed ahead of construction phase and that was Bacanora which was sold to the Chinese for circa 260m from memory which shareholders felt was way below market value.

Even a scandalous offers of that type would still be a 10 x bagger from here.

A far better comparison and recent president established was the sale of the neighbouring Burritica Gold mine by Continental Gold to the Chinese for in excess or of 1 billion dollars.

I believe this to be the most accurate benchmark for any potential future valuation or sale making this a compelling investment over the next few years as the true scale and size of ANZA becomes more fully understood

NT to buy for anything above £5k+ at present SP levels, suspect once back at 13-14p range will be able to buy £25k+ tranches once again, but MM's unwilling to give up cheap stock in any large volume at present.

Thought the Q&A was good and provided lots of info about the multiple updates we should see land in Q1 across all projects.

Interested also that they revealed they had already held a conversation with Newmont about a potential further additional JV at El Pantano in Argentina where our licence is close to Newmont's large 7 million Ounce Cerra Negro Gold mine as they are happy for OMI to do all the initial field mapping and pilot work and if this starts to look good they woukd be very interested in getting involved.

Once phase 2 kicks off expect a similar rise to what SOLG holders saw from their 1p days back in 2015/6 when their chunky exploration funding was finally secured and their SP suddenly went vertical from there.

Holders there knew their had a Tier 1 asset they just need the funding to drill it up.

OMI's ANZA is a genuine Tier 1 asset in the making.

Green light on $20m worth of drilling is going to land at some stage on a free carry basis. Most junior explorers could only dream of this kind of scenario

Our APTA license is looking like 2-3Million oz Gold alone from the drilling results received to date. BG expects this to be replicated multiple times across our other licence areas.

Agree, its the nature of the work ARV are undertaking in attempting to define a Halo / extension of the ore body around Havieron.

They seem to be getting warmer with these latest results and therefore must be considering sinking some much deeper drills at some stage as they are clearly operating in the right spot now after a fair amount of wildcat drilling

If ARV hit a 1.5g/t - 2g/t over a significant width say 50m+ this will be game on

At that stage would probably see Newcrest/Wyloo coming knocking.

Likely that discussions will now be taking place with suitable JV partners.

After todays news, ORR could look to either JV on the Bibemi licence alone and retain the other 4 licences in country on the company balance sheet, or they may end up doing a deal for all the Cameroon licences across the whole of the central licence package. This would likely involve a Major mining house coming on board.

The catalyst was always to get over the most difficult hurdle of defining this first MRE which remains open at depth and in multiple directions and is the first JORC complaint resource in country.

TL expects the team to be picking up awards for what has been achieved today, the significance of which isn't likely yet fully understood.

ORR have basically discovered the gateway to a whole brand new untouched Gold endowed country in Cameroon where both the Country and World gold Council have been discussing this as potentially being the last great untapped Gold province in Africa.

Today's RNS confirms that this is likely to be the start of something Globally significant as a new Gold region becomes open for business.

Each year we normally get at least one massively undervalued micro cap go on a nice multi day rally into Xmas following a significant update such as ORR has seen today.

This can climb significantly from here and still needs to triple in value simply to correct to reflect updated net assets following today's update.

Really shouldn't take.much to model in that additional 148,000 oz in addition to the 305,000oz

Suspect they will undertake additional infill drilling to increase the next resource estimate significantly more than this however as they start to model in the 3 other nearby zones still to be drilled up.

WIth first mover advantage and such a giant land package covering the whole CLP which is expected to replicate this on a multiplying factor really does look like a great start from the team

Quick calculations

305,000oz @ $1800/oz = $549,000,000 x times by 5% ( for open pit model from surface) = $27,450,000

Generally need to apply a further jurisdiction discount of 0.6% for frontier African districts to arrive at = Gold in ground valuation of $16,470,000

Present market cap of a mere 3millon doesn't look ro be anywhere near a reflection of the potential here given this resource is likely to grow considerably from here.

Sadly I think you are correct

Not difficult to see conditions where it's simply uneconomical for any commercial mining activities to generate positive cash flow.

This will result in a flight of capital from anything related to BTC mining which will tank the whole sector bringing down the good the bad and the ugly.

Expect to see many more BTC mining related stocks fold as they run out of cash and can't raise sufficient capital to remain a going concern.

Only those with an existing war chest of cash will make it through the crypto winter such is the exaggerated boom and bust cyclical nature of this sector.

ARV's license areas do directly adjoin GGP's Havieron license.

Their drilling campaign results have not yet come.back from the labs.

So the question as to whether GGP's giant discovery at Havieron extends into the ARV licence area should be revealed once the drill results come in.

If Havieron does extend cross-license into ARV's land that would be massive for ARV.

Very testing markets at present

GGP basically telegraphic that they will be releasing an increased MRE and when the SP doesn't react positively a raft of sells are immediately triggered by traders reacting quickly to lock in yesterday's gains and wait for it to re base.

Time to switch off for a bit. Recession on the way, even high end luxury watches are tanking, liquidity drying up, can see why many preferring to keep plenty of dry powder on hand and scale into situations slowly over the coming months.

Agree, presently trading around the IPO price which is crazy.given the progression made and the cash held at back.

Authorised to initially hold up to 10 billion in treasury, If they only hold just 1% of.that and deposit this on the money markets overnight as they have stated their intentions to do so then the initial revenue purely from interest on balances recieved will be into the multiple of millions and that's before the additional income from transaction fees to be levied on top

Also becoming the first FCA approved blockchain payment services provider should ensure rapidly growing market share across the b2b space as why use an un-regulated rival alternative when the option will be there to utilise a fully authorised and regulated platform

Fairly obvious that the old swift payments platform will ultimately be replaced by blockchain as its more secure, faster and cheaper.

GST have the early mover advantage here in this space and are leading the way.
