Speaking of Uranium.

Just thought I'd mention YCA again as one or my boring steady shares.

Still moving in a 5 year uptrend since listing & about 10% up from when I last mentioned it on here & 50% up YTD.

Need to think of a new company name though.

Was thinking about calling it 'rinse & repeat resources' as a potential company name.

The purpose of the company is to pay fat wages for directors who are fully committed to 3 to 4 days work per annum to film some PR as we strongly believe in regular shareholder comminication and at least once a year we 'plan' to drill holes in some far away dusty barren desert that's been overlooked by every other exploration company on the firm belief we will find a game changing mineral deposit in some frontier territory and therefore shareholders will have 'first mover advantage'

Maybe call it 'Desert Duster Dilution Discoveries' as a working title but will need something more snappy sounding in time.

Genuine 1000 x bagger potential if it all works out as hoped but is not without downside risks :-)

Feel free to chip in with any other name suggestions? Lol.

I'm still running a fairly defensive portfolio atm with only a small allocation to higher risk small caps that are either on free rides or traded over small timeframes/ intra- day.

Sadly, we aren't yet out of the bear market until interest rates start to roll over and we've still got a recession & elections to muddle through (hence defensive / boring portfolio in the main at present)

I did notice some mental outbursts over on that he1 bb yesterday from some crazy posters shouting out losses and getting aggressive, but I guess they sounded like they had gone 'all in' which is a fairly crazy thing to do on any aim share and even more so on one that is a drill bit play in a single territory.

Not sure what your plans are from here, but it sounds like he1 need funding issues resolving asap.

Clear support for KOD on the chart around these levels.

Looks an angry bb over there.

Noticed that the last of the vested interests from the pre IPO days made a well timed exit from SCIR last week so no one left from the original crew to point any figures at now that all links have been severed.

London Stock Exchange Is Hit by Third Outage Since October

(Bloomberg) -- London Stock Exchange Group Plc is investigating a system issue affecting trading in large numbers of smaller stocks, the third outage to strike the company in a few months.

“We are undertaking immediate analysis and will provide further updates,” LSE said on its website. Only FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and international order book securities were available for trading, it said. Bloomberg data showed halts on many smaller companies.

In October, trading on hundreds of smaller shares was halted in the final 80 minutes of a session. And last month, LSEG’s FTSE Russell indexes suffered a 40-minute outage, disrupting trades in the UK, Italy and South Africa.

Not sure which way the central banks are going to go... personally I think they are painted into a corner now.

Very bullish for Gold and Silver.

Petrofac had the most declared short positions of any FTSE listed company at the end of last week.

Be interesting to see if some of them have / closed or reduced today when the data is updated later on.

If you are unsure about purchasing individual goldies and monitoring them each day then it's probably safer that you buy the index that I mentioned a few weeks back.

It's now 23% up.

Doesn't need any daily monitoring of Companies as it just buys a spread of decent quality gold producers and automatically rebalances the fund so that you don't have too.

Gold and Silver at these levels and a weakening dollar are the perfect catalyst for FRES.

Adding whilst cheap.

Target 1000p-1200p range by end of Q1/start of Q2 2024.
