Professional Footballers are often known to say some of the best games they ever played were from the sidelines.

I guess they mean is that often taking a bit of time out and 'watching the game' helps to improve 'their game' once they get back onto the pitch.

Some of the best trades are made from those watching from the sidelines and jumping in when everyone else looks knackered:-))

Yeah, seller stopped about 10 dayz ago, there was a day with zero trades, then just 3 trades then another day with zero trades about 8 days ago, then a few buyers (including swissys accidental buy!) ... then a bit of a sideways shuffle then drop the RNS...

Mentioned that if they really want to 'light the blue touch paper' they should RNS that they intend to duel list in the USA..

Can't predict the FDA announcement, If someone wants to do a deep dive, it's possible to search up exactly where the FDA applications are by searching up the '510(k) Premarket Notification' if you have the correct application names etc.

Looks like a Scandal is breaking in the national press (FT) blowing wide open the supposed claims being made by QBT as ridiculous once reviewed by industry insiders.

I agree about HUM, tbh I bought in in the 4's more on old fashioned gut instinct as I've seen how this one has been played in the past.

It was getting severely bashed well past the point of all reason with 200+ post basically saying they are going bust.

Then as soon as it bounced from 4.06p , 90% of the trolls disappeared immediately. Almost like they had hit their target of 4p and that was that.

Then the buying started...... and within 20mins ... bang the RNS lands.... hmmmm. :-)))

As I posted earlier... someone always knows something and that staunch defensive RNS has helped push it quickly back up 50%+ off the intra day low.

Not bad for a quick trade.

Now just a lot of the usual traders squabbling amongst themselves. I'll leave them to it :-))

Exactly, the 22m hasn't disappeared like some have made our earlier.

Not sure they need a placing if the bank is simply holding the cash as security for the guarantee?

If the contractor fulfills the terms of the mining contract they would be paid by the bank.

So the money is still there.

What do you make to this statement

All resolutions were duly passed at the General Meeting on 10 January 2024."

So 28.1m was raised.

Bit only 5m of this was apparently received by the company by the year end.

So where is the other 22m?

Was the 22m still held by the bank who were preparing to issue the performance guarantee to the contractor back by this cash?

So effectively, as long as they fulfil their part of the mining contract they get paid.

Guess the contractor have failed to fulfil parts of the contact and that's why as yet they haven't been paid.

All a real mess, but have seen this many times with HUM.

Its a gamble imo.. although as ever, someone will know whether it's either a temporary blip and an update is coming which will take the SP back up with everything resolved, or whether it's something far more terminal.
