Sounds like a man trying to clear his closet and rinse every last penny of what remains of shareholder funds before he puts his grossly in debt group of companies into liquidation. Feel sorry for shareholders. Going to zero imo.

Certainly looks like the case Money! We hit the 20 months next month so I’m sat here in anticipation for great things on the horizon. The team have worked so hard, it would be amazing to see them receive the patents to reinforce the credibility of their research. I also like that although the MM’s have tried to take the share price down, hardcore shareholders are standing firm and staying loyal for big things.

You’re right Money. Sells have been getting matched in size by bulk buyers. You can see the type of holders in Genflow atm are mainly here for the buy out and the day or 5% gain traders slowly eliminated, as no matter how elastic the share price is, few sell or cry over the price action. Similair companies with patents and officially in the lab conducting FDA trials are being bought out by big pharma for $billions. On the other hand, plenty of pharma are also delisting as they can’t raise funds, but GENF have an enviable cash runway. I’m happy to see the float moving into strong hands and hopefully we see some big news in Q3 as Eric never misses his roadmap targets!

I’m too scared to sell a bean! The fact MM’s are so happy to collect shares at any rate gives an indication of what’s due to come and are loading imo. I’d rather have strong hands than weak hands to stand beside me to be fair. I’m in between jobs so funds are low, but if it keeps falling, I’ll hopefully be able to go back over 1%, following dilution to let retail in :)

You're also right, pet trials are not as regulated as human trials, so it could be a speedy journey from trials to commercialisation and one that the big 3 pet companies, that each sell over 20bn a year in products would no doubt be super interested in.

I know the team are pretty good at securing research grants and using education facilities to reduce their costs, but if it costs $45m to proceed with such trials and Genflow are pretty sure they’re in a position to go ahead, would it be too forward thinking to think that the company has something in place which means all costs will be covered?

Lovely RNS to wake up to Money. FDA are very particular about their pre-app’s. Sounds like the trials are as a good as signed off and in the US, wow, what a place to have them!

Also very interesting the animal trials are back in play. The team must be keen to get everything through the door and with the global patent application not taking chances that anyone can take their research as their own!

Yep, looks to me like a stop loss got hit to smash and grab for someone to snatch 1m of shares off book. Brutal this game. So close to big news, I could never risk a stop loss personally.

Not surprised to see some holders spooked or taking profit as we wait for the next round of news. Just provides opportunities for others to enter at a good rate. Me personally, I don’t want to sell a bean given Eric was certain he was on track to do the FDA submission in Q2 and patents could be approved any day. Good luck all :)

That really is some dark arts there Money! Last time I saw bulk action like that, the share I was in had a takeover! Optimistic either way and looking forward to what news awaits us next!
