Hi guys
As I and most of you other shareholders are badly under water with our investments, here is another example of poor management.
I hope that we managed in some way to get rid of the itm ceo and now it's time for Phil to go as well.
The share had grown nicely same for Itm 18 months ago £5/6 and £12 now worth not alot.
There is not one commercial agreement signed to really make any value come back to what it was. That goes for both companies.
I'm not prepared to take a bloody loss whilst these 2 companies sit on millions
But management has had its time at Ceres.
My caveat is the linde man at itm hadn't impressed so far, but he now realises what a **** show itm is.
I spoke to execs at shell re itm motive they were not impressed the only thing I can say is they thought there is potential but itm are to slow. Same will go for Ceres and Afc for that matter.
Please 225k don't cut it I'm afraid what do u think they get for thatm. With no commitment to anything after consulting, it's just more resource wasting.
I believe Australia is a great market btw and there are some very good H2 operations already look at hyzon trucks and the brilliant CEO
How the hell are we going to get this share price up to where it was or should be?
Answer please
They are taking the money out b4 company goes bust. As an investor I'm bloody annoyed like all of us that it has been mismanaged. Cooley the inventor is not a business person, nor are his cronies.
They had huge reserves and lost the plot
Bilbo, your are absolutely correct as always.
In addition to the shenaagins on the board, there has been no succession planning at all.
I'm invested like all of us and Cooley going is right, so, as you say should others.
There is no direction or sales and marketing plan.
Both you and I and some others could get this company in the right direction. How can we get an Augie cem
This needs to change and quickly. Otherwise shell and co will buy it for pence rather than pounds and we all lose out.
Suggestions please
I thought itm had good tech that would be in demand right now.
They have a factory that makes electrolyzers yet the share price has dropped.
I know they can't sell but surely some one is going to buy them OR is their tech out of date
What is the reason ?
I'm with you bilboburger CEO has no idea about sales and marketing.
I'm not sure that I a) believe the order book and2) the personnel responsible for these tasks are up to the job.
Europe is spending billions on h2 now and itm are making stock, which will no doubt will be obselete. **** poor management all round. Can't we shareholders do anything
Come on shareholders, can we start putting pressure on the board it's a great technology but nobloody sales strategy or sales activity. I feel we are being left behind. Look at Toyota cars, Volvo trucks changed their view on fuel cell tech after I mentioned to them less maintenance and higher payloads for operators let alone a 500 1000 mile range with 10 Mon fill up time.
Phil get on with or give me a call
I ve been saying this for the last 12 18 months.
The board are very sales averse. Dr Cooley is an inventor not a business person
Think of the leverage that shell and Bosch could and should be encouraged to bring.
The management of item are pathetic, I'm thinking more and more that this company is a vanity project for Dr Cooley.
Why is there hardly any news of manufacture and export. All we have is a second factory and money in the bank.
It's the same for Ceres. We are being left behind. Share price says it all.
Whilst I agree with your sentiments if a large oil company wanted itm and Ceres they could just buy them.
H2 as was demonstrated by COP26 shambles is in the long grass
I'm invested in 8 companies like many of us on here the portfolio is underwater.
I hope it will rise again but that will be many years away
Extreme e is a wasted opportunity for afc.
Afc have never maximised the opportunity and afc never get mentioned in broadcast or anything written
After 2022 season it won't be running, there is no interest from TV audiences around the world.
Wtf is going on with this company to effect the share price
The CEO needs to go or deliver, he has had enough time.
What happened to the 4000 unit mace order?
I and others have said this before, but Dr Cooley may know technically what's going on but as far as marketing networking and selling no a clue.
Getting a 250mill cash injection was too easy this is either a very very long term hold or a take over target once they start producing
As far as current management is concerned very poor, dull and not appealing to customers. You'll see in the presentation, you might as well be in a library
This Adam bond is just like the Nikola CEO full of bs probably made a fortune when shares were 80p
Now not interested. Shame shareholders have no power to oust him
I watched the racing not A mention of H2 or Afc energy that's all I'm interested in marketing is the key to future sales.
Interestingy my last comment got zero reaction, remind me fellow poster when was the 4000 units for mace being delivered yet alone ABB orders, makes me question whether this was an order or an understanding.
Both Afc and Itm are run by engineering people, whilst critical and useful, they have no idea about sales and marketing.
Web sites are poor, sales strategy is non existent, letting partners do the work whilst laudable, they are not close enough to the factory and work predominantly on what either CEO tells the.
The recent series of extreme E racing a complete wasted opportunity. The farcical COP26 came to nothing
Itm posting back log of orders really ?! I think Dr Cooley should move over and get a commercial person who the markets can see will make a difference. Same goes for Adam what happ6to the 4000 units to Mace.
Unless changes like I have described Happen we are going to get volatility for many years.
I them both 2 years max.
Germany has made great strides already
H2 at all petrol stations in the UK , Europe and the world is alot easier than building the electric charging infrastructure.
Shell cod do this within 2 years in the UK, after all they have 13 stations already and itm power supply the unit. Toyota, BMW, Kia, Hyundai, are ready to produce H2 cars now.
Can we have some joined up thinking

I agree wholeheartedly, I've me8this same thing to the company, it's a typical British inventor mentality, proof of concept and get interest and hope
About time I got in on the act. Ceres and AFC energy are the same. Btw I invest in these companies and am unhappy
