Had letter from share centre this morning in regards to voting, so was very easy to vote against all proposals via my on line account, suggest everyone does same
Don't worry, when I retired 14 years ago, I was going to make a fortune on the stock market, couldn't understand how some people lost a lot, I found out, by keeping buying lower with small amounts of spare cash, over time nearly every the time I bought with the hope the share will rise, the share dropped, seemed to always buy at peak, just hoping I may get some profit at long last, not bought anything for last 4 months, so at least I've got plenty of spending money in bank
I remember you, we're both living in hope, in those days we were hoping for a 5 p.party with LENIGAS, which would equate to £ 50 party today, let's hope kdnc continues to rise and we can get our money worth after long last, but you just don't know what will happen with they new plans
Just bought 175304 shares
Only invest money that you can afford to lose, whether a novice or a pro it's always a roller coaster ride especially with aim penny shares, if your shares go up , you fell great but when they tumble ,it makes you sad, If you make any money on a share then sell 25%-50% , when they get to a stage where they have dropped a lot, there's no point in selling, just hang on and hope.
The main point of the change is to end up with fewer shares in circulation which are worth a lot more, if a company has a decent share price it stands a better chance of companies giving them contracts and the share should be more stable. I haven't received my letter detailing changes yet
You will end up even, before consolidation 845,531 shares at todays price 0.32p = £2705 after consolidation 8,453 shares @32p = £2705 BUT, no one knows what share price will be after the GM.
Correction again, 8,455 shares in your case, SORRY if I got you heart beating fast.
SORRY, NOT 85,553 shares I should have put 8,555 shares, my typing error,
Your 845,531 shares at todays price of 0.32p will be changed to only 84,553 shares worth 32p at todays price after consolidation of 100 to 1 , so you get 100 times less shares which are then worth 100 times more, IF, all LED resolutions are passed at General Meeting,, and the 3,875000 are placed in addition to original consolidated shares then there will be only about 8.8 million shares in circulation which will make LED very volatile on any good news
Hello Sprout, I'm still watching, most probably this share will not do very much until the run up of GM, after which we hope that all is agreed and then LED can move forward, the consolidation of shares at 100 to 1 will take it's toll on investors with small amount of shares, Larger holders like me will still have a reasonable shareholding after consolidation, and if you take original price of 0.22 p before the consolidation and new shares of 79p then average share price should be about 50p +, after consolidation if all resolutions are past, if not past, then I would hate to think of consequences
We will definitely have a great day if this rise continues
Glad to see this go up, Sprout must be over the moon, I remember Sprout buying large amount only to see it drop soon afterwards, let's hope it continues so all of us holding LED can break even or possibly be in profit
So, with only 8mil shares in issue after GM end of FEB. If all goes well then the share price will rocket if they get orders, with so little shares in circulation
End Feb. after GM.---If they consolidate existing 503.29M shares 100 to1 and place 3.875M @.79p, does this mean that that there will be only 9.9M LED shares ? Can anyone confirm this or am I missing some detail
Decided to increase my holding at this low price, hope it pays off !!!!!!!!
